From the M4 motorway
come off at Junction 11.
Take outer lane
of dual carriageway of A33 to Basingstoke, to first roundabout, turn
right, (sign posted Grazeley and Mortimer) continue for approx 1 mile
and take 3rd turning on the right to Burghfield (at cottages on the
right).
Continue to first
farm entrance (immediately next to detached house on right - about
quarter-mile), into yard and immediately right again by barn on your
right and Pine Furniture premises on your left.
Continue to end
of track to pond - turn left into courtyard.
